Handinly is a file collection tool for personal paperwork and client documents. Create a checklist, collect files through a guest upload link, and see what is still missing.
One list by email, five replies, two wrong files and a thread nobody can search. Here’s the same month both ways.
List every page and asset once. Send one link. The client sees exactly what you need.

Files can be up to 5 MB on Free and 1 GB on paid plans. Original-quality files, with no compression or resizing.
Name each thing you need. Add a note — “originals, please” — so nobody has to ask.
Upload only, view and download, or review. One link per collection, with an expiry.
People tap Upload next to an item. No account. You see each one land in place.
Drop files straight on the item — or anywhere, then choose. Many files per item is fine.
Close the collection when you’re ready. Email it on in one go. It stays in History.
From “still chasing files?” to a completed collection in your client’s inbox.

Passports, bank statements, contracts. Here’s exactly what protects them — nothing more, nothing vague.
A link opens only the collection it was made for — never another client’s files. We store a hash of each link, not the link itself.
The person uploading can’t open or download anything. Viewing is switched on per link; reviewers must sign in.
Every link has an end date. Turn one off at any time — it stops working immediately.
Files are never on public URLs. Each preview or download gets a signed link that expires within minutes.
When an upload finishes, its size and type must match what was sent and fit your plan’s file limit. Anything else is rejected.
Deleted collections and files go to Trash first, so you can restore them.
How file collection, guest access and review work in Handinly.
Compare plans and current limitsUse Handinly to gather personal paperwork, request project assets from clients, or collect monthly documents. Each collection keeps its checklist, files and item notes together, so you can see what arrived and what is still missing.
Guest upload and view/download links work without an account. Each link is scoped to the collection and permissions you choose and has an expiry. External reviewers must sign in and have explicit review permission.
Receiving a file and approving it are separate steps. With review enabled, pending decisions and requested changes stay outstanding. External reviewers must sign in and have explicit review permission.

Handinly collects and organizes files. It does not reconcile transactions, calculate tax or import bank feeds. Accountants can use it to collect client documents, then do the bookkeeping in their accounting tools.
