Make the request specific
Create a project collection with an item for every asset. Add notes so your client knows which version or format you need.
Send an upload link
Your client opens the scoped link and adds files to the requested items. Guest upload links work without an account.
Hand over the finished set
Check what arrived, follow up on the missing pieces, and share a separate view/download link with the person receiving the files.
A clear role for everyone.
Choose access deliberately. Requesting files and sharing files use separate permissions.

- Uploads through the request link. An upload-only link doesn’t grant access to download the collection’s files.

Does my client need an account?
No. Guest upload links let clients send files without signing up. A link is scoped to the collection you share and has an expiry.
Can I collect large video files?
This workflow is best for documents, copy, logos and photos within your plan’s current file limits. Check Pricing for current limits.
