One recurring series uses one collection slot, regardless of open months. Personal collections share that allowance. Guest uploads are free; external reviewers sign in. Uploads are limited to 5 MB on Free and 1 GB on paid plans; current ZIP exports support 20 periods, 200 files and 50 MB.

What can I use today?
Free includes 3 active collections, 1 team member and 1 GB storage. Files can be up to 5 MB. No card is needed. All plans include reusable checklists, guest uploads, review, recurrence and full History.
Can I subscribe now?
Choose an available plan and billing period, sign in, then confirm your account and team. Paid plans are recurring subscriptions. A confirmed payment enables that plan’s collection, seat and storage limits.
Does every open month count separately?
No. Months within the same recurring series count as one active collection. A separate project or one-off pack counts separately, even for the same contact.
When does a collection free up a slot?
A one-off collection frees a slot when completed. A recurring series frees a slot when all periods are complete and its schedule is switched off. Stored files still count toward storage.
Do recipients need to pay or sign up?
No payment is required for recipients. Guest upload and view/download links work without an account. Each link is scoped to the collection and permissions you choose and has an expiry. External reviewers must sign in and have explicit review permission.
Do I need an annual subscription for an event?
No. Yearly pricing includes two months free and shows the monthly equivalent. Checkout is available only for configured billing periods; other prices are previews. Owners and admins can manage a subscription from Plans. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Existing data stays available after a downgrade; growth beyond the new limits is blocked.
What about large files and integrations?
Files can be up to 5 MB on Free and 1 GB on paid plans. Original-quality files, with no compression or resizing. Cloud integrations, custom branding, signatures and AI processing are not part of this launch offer.
